how much do makeup brush sets cost in stores?? made of real goat hair and real leather casing?

my mom said i could find a 32 pc makeup brush set at ross or marshalls and i’m like mom you can’t find a makeup brush set in stores for 7 dollars or 14 bucks not like you can on ebay for some strange reason she doesn’t want to get a brush set to go along with my 120 palette i don’t have good eyeshadow brushes i have these cheap six brush sets that’s not even real hair and their tore up so what can i do.? i mean can you find real goat and hoarse hair brushes and real leather case for 7 bucks at a retail store? the cheapest ones are online for good prices.
